  All staff in this location is awesome and professional. The manager, Darryl , is friendly and very helpful. I really appreciate the excellent service I've received on my check lost. Recommend this branch to everyone!

  went to the ATM December 31st and was loading money 💰 to put in my checking but all of a sudden here comes a malfunction omg 😲 took my card my money i was stranded 45 minutes away from home couldn't get no gas no food just was stuck ..but to top it off i couldn't get a hold of the bank until Tuesday .so sad. my thoughts is only thing is was we sorry i feel i should be Confiscated for my inconvenience I want my money and more for my inconvenience.

  Trying to recover my account after having moved to Colorado, and due to a time difference , they are closed. No one can help me, no one I’ve been able to reach offered to escalate this to a correct person. I asked before moving if I should close my account. I was ensured I’d be well taken care of. That was the biggest lie ever. If you tell someone there will be support for them, then support them. Closing my account as soon as possible. ON TOP OF ALL THAT…ZELLE IS TELLING ME TO CALL BECAUSE I DONT EVEN KNOW WHY….but guess who is closed, and can’t help me. Leaving as soon as I can. This company is no accommodating for out of state customers. If you are moving out of Ohio, do yourself the favor and close your account.
