  I took my mom here to refinance her home mortgage. They made several mistakes and we ended up having to apply 3 times! During the process they said my mom had to open up a checking account. We asked if there would be a maintenance fee charged monthly, they said NO! I had my mother who is 81 Years old, open up an additional checking account for the mortgage refinance. She placed $150.00 into her account. Basically, after 3 attempts to apply for the refinancing of her home, she was denied. Although The denial was not their fault, the process took 3 attempts and 2 additional monthz of time, that was due to their mistakes! After the loan was not approved, I decided to look into her banking account there, I noticed they had been charging her a $11.00 service fee each month! I was so mad, my mom never even used that account and never took out any of the money! She initially deposited $150.00 into her account, only because they said We had to have a checking account associated with them to apply for the loan. After we went there today to close that account, and ask for a refund, because they said there would not be a service fee charged, they said "Were Sorry, but we can only give back one month of the fees charged"! I feel like they deceived an elderly woman who lives on a fixed income! I had my mom close the account immediately. She ended up getting back $54.00 dollars, out of the original $150.00 she started with! I would not recommend anyone to establish a new bank account here or try to refinance a mortgage here. The refinancing process was a joke, all the issues were a direct result of their errors! Terrible experience
