This bank was amazing to go to! I am a coin collector and I had never been to this bank before. They were happy to help me, they even held onto certain coins that I wanted just for me! Tellers are very polite. It is quite clean and has modern styling inside. They recognized me as soon as I walk in! I highly recommend this bank! Also their setup for social distancing inside is a great system to keep everyone safe.

Experience at actual branch is fine, however, fraudulent fees have been charged and because the bank waived another fee during the past twelve months, they won't waive a duplicate fee, even though it was bank error. Their "chat" function online is awful and chat agent was unresponsive and did not resolve my issue. Am now no longer with Fifth Third, way too awful. Terrible online service, fraudulent and duplicate fees and they wouldn't post a $2000 check I had deposited for over 10 business days.
