      Looks like I'm not alone in experiencing bad service here. Refused to change a $20 for 2 rolls of quarters. What they didn't know was I was using it as a test for where to take my business banking. ENTIRE branch watched the guy tell me I could "have all the quarters I want" if I opened a checking account. Tell you what real sales and customer service is... you give the quarters then explain you normally don't for non-customers and give literature/info for opening account. For the cost of two rolls of quarters this branch lost a good sized small business account.

      Terrible and rude customer service. I went in just to exchange two fives for a roll of quarters and was denied service with no real logical explanation. Terrible Bank!

      The teller had little to no experience obviously 🙄, wasn’t aware of the products I spoke of , and when I asked him to call another branch he didn’t , said he sent a text to someone rather than call never got a chance to meet the branch manager but I wouldn’t recommend this branch
