  With all of the crazy things going on in today's world, one thing is good and certain- this crew at the Birkdale branch! I know I can always count on them to help me. I highly recommend this branch. 5 stars to everyone. Special mention to Cheryl, Jackie, Kristen and Amber.

  I left a big bank for too many layers of bureaucracy. This branch is awful! When I opened my account a few years ago, it took them 5 (not exaggerating) times to get my Business ATM card right. It got fixed because someone in a back office somewhere figured out what they were doing wrong. Two other occasions they (including Manager) told me I couldn't do what I wanted to do. However, another branch took care of it in 5 minutes each time. The latest, I have some IRS form sent to me about International Business ... After calling 800# 2x and getting no help. I went to another branch, and they informed me account was not opened correctly and I need to come in and sign a form. Thank goodness for them. No surprise I'm still being haunted by errors happening at this branch.

  I had an issue that the Branch Manager here was SO helpful with. I never could have fixed it without his help. I am very grateful. The customer service at this location is exceptional!
