      I’ve been a fifth third client for a bit. I popped into this branch a few days ago by chance. I am so impressed with this location. The decor is so inviting. I met Jaylah. She is so personable and is really interested in what customers have to say or what they’re doing. I happen to be a person who pivoted from business to go to medical school so I don’t do a lot with my bank accounts. Of course you never know what the future will bring as I produce certain medical products while in medical school. I just wish our fifth third in the town of Davidson was as nice as this location. Check it out!

      I had a terrible experience here. They handled my Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) application really poorly and after waiting six weeks for the process, they informed me they’d made a mistake on the application and couldn’t move forward. So due to no fault of my own, I was left without financing for my home renovations! They seem like a bank that wants to emphasize their innovations and “hip” brand without actually paying attention to details or customer service. I would avoid banking here at all costs!

      Best service at any bank. Savannah and mark the manager are so helpful courteous and polite. I will choose to do my banking here rather than down the road at the other location. Keep up the great work guys.
