      I have multiple personal and business accounts with this branch. They run an incredible office. Friendly and attentive staff that always goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend this branch to anyone. To Joe and the entire staff, thank you for everything you do .

      Please choose easy listening or elevator music especially if blaring throughout the bank. Only one teller during a Friday lunch period (12:45p). Teller refused my check (I squeezed in ‘ hundred’ on the written line; said it was altered. Asked if I had an account. Replied yes, both spouse and I have Accts. She didn’t even bother to confirm. Took my check back and went to Mayfield Hts. where they know me (us) no problem cashing. Guess I’ll stick with MH branch. Made me feel as though the check was fraudulent without validation.

      As a part of the neighborhood I wish they cared more about the trash. There is always litter and it makes the neighborhood look bad.
