  THE WORST BANK EVER 😒 I WENT TO THE TELLER WITH CASH DEPOSIT 400.00 … I get a text saying account balance low I call say I just put 400.00 in my account why did I get a low balance alert they tell me it’s a 24 process before the money is available 😳 how is it a process period for a cash deposit made in the bank with a teller it put me behind on a bill the employees are lazy and incompetent it took 3 employees and a bank manager just to issue me a new debit card I have closed this account and went to Bank of America at least I know it’s a national bank

  I have banked with Fifth Third for almost 10 years...From purchasing my 1st home to opening my Business account with them and they were Great at 1st! But these past few years the customer service has went down hill! Today is the day that I am completely over this bank and will be taking my money else where!
