      I don't normally like to give negative reviews, but I feel as if this one is necessary. I was with BB&T before the merger and had very minimal issues. When I did have an issue it was usually resolved fairly quickly and professionally. I won't go into full details of my experience with Truist, because it is a rather long story, but I will say that they are inconsistent within their banking practices and do not seem to care how it effects their customers at all. Please reconsider before putting your money here. I promise there are better banks who are more consistent in their practices and will treat you with respect and care.

      I wish I could give them lower. Been a BB&T customer forever. Never had problems before. Now they randomly refuse to pay items. This time it cost $40. $20 for Auto Insurance and $20 for homeowners insurance. I am shopping around. But needless to say I want a bank that will let my payments go through. They have no trouble receiving my money. Got to be the worst bank ever!!!!!!
