  To whom it may concern: my name is Lisa and I visited this location on 3/1. I want to say Thank You to Mr. Herbert Johnson for providing me with extraordinary Superior customer service. When I asked him could he help me make a transaction through the Zello app that I have with the Bank . Mr Herbert Johnson took his time and showed me step by step on how to do the transaction most people would have said have a seat and I will have one of the representative to help you instead Herbert Johnson shown Great Leadership and guided me through not only did he showed me his professionalism but he also provided me with patience. So thank you Mr. Herbert Johnson for providing me with your Superior Extraordinary Leadership.

  When I came here to open up an account, they didn’t have any bankers. They only had tellers. Also, the manager is doing the bankers job and he is extremely slow. I should’ve went to the one in Evergreen Park instead of this one.
