  I was referred to a michelle at this bank and I called for help to start the process of looking for a house . it's been 2 months she does not answer my calls and she is never there. Why take all my info for nothing.

  Had very bad experiences with this bank I got told my credit limit went down 2200 cuz of my credit report my credit is 700 and have no late fees and they say its cuz of that like what... I have had this for like 2 years and they haven't Increased it once other credit cards I have did in like a month with them nothing for 2 years and then they go and take money away probably getting ready of them 100% if they dont help me out tomorrow one thing I can say tho they ppl are very nice ........ only good thing about this place
