      This location has exceeded to go above and beyond! Pradeep, Samantha and Zenia provided me with by far the best service I have ever received. The second I walked in the door I was kindly greeted and left with no questions unanswered. I would highly recommend this location!

      Absolutley the worst bank. Spent the past 5 years with them without a single good experience. Most recently had 2 seperate fraud charges on my account, called and disputed them after a nightmare weekend as they dont have 24/7 customer service and are closed weekends. Was told the account was blocked and charges disputed but i woke up again today to a 1700$ charge. Called customer service again to figure out how this happened and turns out they didnt block the account at all...then proceeded to transfer me to 5 different departments back and forth. Im currently one hour and 3 minutes into a phone call where i simply wanted to dispute charges and freeze all accounts and have gotten nowhere. WORST BANK EVER
