  After entering a rent to own program to purchase my first home, I searched and searched for a lender that would help me qualify for my first big purchase. I had a low credit score (low 600s), and I had just enough money for my down payment. I came across Sam's number and left him a voicemail to call me. All the lenders I had spoken to before Sam would pull my credit and I would never hear back from them. I spoke to Sam and he said he had many years of experience and could help me. After submitting my application, he was able to prequalify me for the amount I needed to purchase the rent to own property. We started the process to go under contract and I liked Sam's transparency. He told me things get "very tight" meaning I could not afford to have less down payment money, open new accounts, etc. He was always happy to answer any questions and would check in to make sure I knew what was happening behind the scenes. My closing date got pushed a couple of times but I was comfortable because, by then, I knew Sam was working really hard to help me get this house. A week before my closing date, we were unsure if we would be able to close at all because my loan was very difficult. Sam said it was one of the tightest loans he had ever done. Finally, Sam did his magic and got us ready for closing day. We closed on our house a couple of days ago and we still can't believe we are homeowners. We really appreciate Sam's willingness to help us and get us approved for the house we had been renting out for over a year. I highly recommend Sam to anybody needing to get a loan. Thank you so much Sam and his team!
