      Steer clear of this loan agent. She will give you false numbers. You will likely know of it late into the process giving her the advantage. Good luck getting a loan estimate matching her verbal estimates over the phone. Said my great rate came without points only to find out I was paying $420 for the decrease which I never agreed to. Told me the closing costs would be around $2200. The actual cost came in $500 above. Owner is supposed to pay the transfer taxes but she had me paying for it. If you don't read carefully, you will pay fees not yours to pay. Don't rely on Sherry to look out for your interest. Her only interest is hers, typical of bankers. I went with a different bank and lagged behind in schedule to closing due to Sherry's surprises. I might lose my earnest deposit now from the time wasted with Sherry. Don't let her lure you in with promises of the lowest closing costs. She is a shark
