The company just bought over the PMAC branch in Chino Hills about three months ago and they were great. I had sent a payment to Finance of America the new company and they say they did not receive it. I never got a letter stating they did not receive it. When I called to pay for it on the Second of the next month since that's when I knew and since first was a Sunday, and paid for both months (past due and current) over the phone they refused to take the 30 off and said its not their problem. Spoke to a guy by the name of Raymond who acted as if he was a robot and said it's not their problem if they don't get the payment on time or if a late on the credit is placed. When asked if they do not contact the clients before 30 day late is put on credit he replied it's not required. Never had a 30 day late before and have always had the opportunity to pay on time if the payments were not delivered due to postal problems. Would never recommend or do business with this company again and would recommend to keep away. You will have to pay for it down the road.
