      I love all the ladies here and the bank manager is the nicest person I've ever met as well as flor she is a sweetheart and they are all helpful and I just can't imagine banking anywhere but here. Also I need to mention the president of first American banks he is a true gentleman and very helpful. They are all like family. Thank you to all of you, your a professional and awsome bank family.Im editing this I still feel the same but I'm having issues with my bank card when using it online or in a store I've never been in on the weekend it doesn't work or they think it scamming me I shop in many different places. I need my card to work all the time. If there is a issue with the card we definitely will get it straightened out but it's very embarrassing when I'm trying to pay for something and I know I have a couple of thousand dollars in the bank and my card won't work. I just tried using it with a store I shop at many many times and all the sudden it won't work and I know I have money in my account. Is this going to keep happening when I go on vacation over the weekend and I depend on this card to pay for everything I don't carry cash on me never. So if this happens on my trip in the mountains and I can't call anyone to get it straightened out on the weekend and I can't pay for the cabin or food or gas in going to be in a world of hurt because your card don't work

      This is the worst bank they let people steal your information and charge your debt card but wont return your money they told me 3 to 5 day's then they said 10 day's. Its been two weeks and 5 messages no call back. And no reimbursement. Please think hard before choosing first american bank as your financial institution. If they will treat a army veteran on social security this way how will they treat you. Since I have voiced my concerns this bank has done a better job in addressing my issues. I did stay with them and im glad. The people are very nice so pleasent to communicate with. Always fast service. Never a long line and Service with a smile. So thank for working with me and working through our issues show how people can work things out smile.
