      You need to be sure your window tellers are properly trained to the fullest potential before you let them handle customers on their own. There were 2 additional tellers on staff to help the one servicing me for a simple withdrawal and I was the only customer in the lobby and didn't see anyone in drive thru. Because of the time waited I was late for my appointment.
