      We applied for a First Bank credit card at the Ellisville branch in February and did not hear anything back from them after several followups. We were at the Clarkson branch for another service but were also curious about the status of the credit card application. Dorothy and Kelly took the initiative to followup with the card issuer and found that our application had never reached them. They also quickly re-initiated the application and got it approved in a few minutes. We really appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond to help us through with that!
