      Used to be a good bank until they hired new people. There’s always a problem when I go to the bank now no matter what. I’ve been a member for 4 years now and I plan on leaving once my checks clear. DO NO GO TO THIS BANK

      I used to hold this institution in high regard, and have been a member since it was B&O FCU in downtown New Castle. Today, I've had enough of their "courtesy"s. This year alone, their courtesy's (fee's) have extracted $1,245 out of my accounts. Instead of just declining a transaction, their system finds other funds in your accounts and transfers it. After that, it charges you $5 for a transfer fee and $30 as a courtesy. They do this so you don't get embarrassed while your in line at Wal-Mart, and you cannot tell the system to just decline the card. It auto-transfers without authorization. I should have paid much better attention to my account. Who knew? In 2018, they got me for $1,920 in courtesy fees. LOL. Crooks got me for $3,165 in 20 months.
