      4 years ago I had the good fortune of walking into the Bonita Springs branch of first citizens Bank. Luckily that day I had the opportunity to meet mr. Tony Tofani the branch manager. Since that day, Tony has worked tirelessly to meet or exceed every expectation on both the personal and commercial banking relationship that we’ve established. Any silly idea that I call and get him on the phone and explain to him he will follow up with me 24 hours later with a solution. It’s rare in today’s business climate to even have a relationship with a banker never mind have a one that works their butts off the way that Tony and his staff at the Bonita Springs first citizens branch does for their commercial and personal banking customers I leave this review after four years of top-notch professional treatment. So it’s with my highest recommendation I refer all who read this unsolicited review to do as I have done and walk into the location on US 41 in Bonita Springs and shake hands with Tony and his wicked awesome staff at First Citizens Bank of Bonita Springs!
