  I had the best experience at this Bank of America I had the pleasure to meet Denise Reeve , she helped me understand so much about my credit card and answered all my questions , I highly recommend This location and recommend speaking to Denise .

  Wasted time to notorize documents and refused to notorize after 30 min wait. Shock of shocks, yet another great Bank of America experience.

  Received a check from Geico for a totaled car. Geico told me to cash it at BoA since that’s where their account is. Teller was kind of rude and whispering to the other teller implying I was trying to cash a fake check because they didn’t see it in the Geico account. Probably because it was printed on the Geico guys laptop 20 minutes beforehand. Teller told me they wouldn’t cash it even if I came back another day and turned very cold and rude once she started whispering to the other teller she “didn’t see the check in the system.” Called the Geico adjuster afterwards to let him know and he said BoA has cashed checks three times that amount for people with no BoA account. If you need any additional reason to not use BoA, google the case from several years ago in Naples where they tried to foreclose on a paid off house. So glad I closed my account with them almost ten years ago.
