      I started my own law firm and I took a lot of time in choosing my bank. After talking to a lot of people I choose First Citizens and I began at the DT branch on Mcbee. I was really hopeful but I really feel upset. I’ve been treated poorly every time I have been there. I never get greeted. They always make me wait. They are never happy to see me. When I ask questions about banking services they don’t know they answers and they seem annoyed I am asking. I really do my all to be nice and patient but I hate being disrespected. After five separate occasions of this I have decided to go to another branch and I will never go back to this branch. It was really disheartening and disappointing. I am 100% serious and severely disappointed.
