      They let a fraudulent payments try to go through and told me no when I called multiple times to freeze my account. The payments overdrafted my account $230 and they told me I had to fix it myself. After speaking to multiple people, I realized this isn't even close to the first time they've done this so if you want a credit union that doesn't care about you and only wants money, this is the one.

      Too many fees and not enough clarification. Apparently, I transferred MY money too many times from savings to checkings and they cut off my card. Found that out the hard way during an emergency with my car and couldn't "pay" even though it said I had more than enough.
