      Kelsea and Gina are so sweet and helpful! We were new to the area and had previously worked with mortgage companies in Murfreesboro and Brentwood. The friendliness and customer service we received at the Decherd office was SO much better than our experience in these bigger cities. The home buying process was stress-free for us thanks to Kelsea Stewart. She is on the ball!

      I applied for a mortgage through first community in March of 2020 working with Kelsea. I was told I would need to sign a release for them to contact my employer about income. I was told this process would take about a day to complete. After about 3 days of not hearing from them I reached out to Kelsea to touch base and see what the hold up may be. I was basically told that they would get back to me when it was time for the next step. I never heard back from them. I left a message in early May asking them to get back to me. Still no response. Communication was non existent. Would not recommend

      Kelsea Stewart made my experience more then great at First Community Mortage. She informed me and gave me all of the knowledge I needed to make the process of buying my first home easy. She was always available when I needed her and made the process so easy on my end! She was very friendly and so professional. I highly recommend Kelsea Stewart for all your mortage needs!
