      I love First Entertainment Credit Union! Jorge helped me get an auto loan and it was so easy. He also had good advice for paying my loans and helping me build credit. So happy. (I will say the security guard is super serious about his job, so maybe prepare yourself before walking in. Empty pockets at door, maybe don't bring your laptop unless you need to, etc).

      Stay away from this credit union! They frequently "make mistakes" and charge fees and if you don't watch them like a hawk you will lose money. You have to call them, at which point they will reverse the charges. It is crazy how bad they are. Their rates are not even that good. Their website is simply awful. Beware!!!!

      BEWARE: Do not trust your money with this bank. They have 0 fraud protection. Try giving them a call and see how long it takes for somone to answer the phone. What sent me away from them is If someone steals 1000$ from your account the only way you will be able to get it back is to fill out a form and wait 5-10 business days for them to review the fraud charge. If you needed that money to pay rent, you could get kicked out of your house by the time the bank regained control of your money.
