  I'm here to tell about my experience in dealing with Marc Gertz. We put together a reverse loan program for my father-in-law and I had looked at about four or five different proposals. Marc Gertz was one of them that we looked at and we ultimately settled on Marc. What we liked about Marc is he presented a solution that seemed to work well for our situation and not only that but Marc was very diligent and followed up very well. He had great rapport with my father in law who was 96 or 95 at that time and that was really the key to get this program through. Marc had a great rapport with my sister-in-law and my wife who were basically pushing the program forward. We needed the funds to keep my father-in-law in his home with long term of caregivers. Marc was very thorough, explained the program very well and we all understood it and at the end of the Day so had my father in law. I had no problem in signing the papers and going forward with it. I'd like to say that we had a very positive experience with Marc and we highly recommend him for anybody looking for reverse mortgage.

  My ninety-year-old mother-in-law was running out of money and my wife Susan was worried for her. We knew she needed to take out a reverse mortgage but she refused to listen because of her fears and misunderstandings about the product. Finally we had to insist and she grudgingly allowed us to set an appointment with Marc Gertz. I had known Marc for a while, had heard him speak, and trusted him. He patiently explained to her all about the product in terms that she could understand. He sat with her retirement planner and attorney and explained it to them as well. All three analyzed her feeling and her needs and collaborated on a plan of action that would solve her problems. She took out over $1 million and this was used to create enough additional income so that she wouldn’t have to worry about money for the rest of her life. Marc is a tireless professional. His depth of knowledge and his ability to counsel in layman’s terms are remarkable. My mother-in-law was so happy in the end that she even bought Susan flowers as a thank you for introducing her to Marc. We cannot thank Marc enough and highly recommend that anyone even remotely interested in information on reverse mortgages call him.
