      These guys did a fantastic job from start to finish. They updated me in a timely manner, kept me notified of the outstanding items I needed to submit and the absolute deadline for receiving them if I wanted to close on time. They helped with knowing where to get certain information. They were just great. And... we closed on time despite a very short processing window for the loan and all the documents required, especially since I am self-employed. Great job guys.

      I had the pleasure of working with Bob F. on a mortgage for a property I purchased in Atlanta, GA. As a small real estate investor obtaining nearly 20 different loans over the years, I have to say that Bob and CBC Mortgage were hands down one of the very best companies I've had the pleasure of working with. My loan was competitively priced, closed early, and super efficient. I would highly recommend Bob F. and CBC Mortgage to anyone shopping around for a great loan or refinance.       Terrible experience. The communication was a 0. Majority of the time Matt or his associates would just text me or email and ask for documents last minute. I had to reach out to them anytime I wanted an update on my file. My closing was pushed back 3 or 4 times. I was a first time homebuyer and no one at the office seemed to care that it was my first time and I didn’t know much about the process. They didn’t seem interested in making sure that I got to closing at all honestly. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
