      Account frozen and I have to wait until Tuesday when they open to fix it. It’s Saturday. Please get some real 24/7 customers service like other banks.

      Unprofessional staff. Rude!! I applied for a loan and im been banking with them. I got the rate and everything then they never got back to me and i kept calling to get my contract but no response then it ended up been past a month and they wanted me to rerun my credit
