      I moved all my accounts over to FFB from a "big bank" about 18 months ago, and I wish I had done it sooner! FFB has more convenient hours with their drive-through opened until 6:00 on weekdays. With their longer hours, there is rarely a wait when I need service in person. I have always been greeted cheerfully, and the folks are very knowledgeable. Another huge plus for me is that they actually pay me interest on my checking accounts. Everything I enjoy about FFB is so different from my old bank (old bank changed the type of account I had and started charging ME a fee). If you are not entirely happy with your old bank but have been dreading moving all your accounts, just do it. It was of course a bit of a hassle for me, but the reward has been huge.

      As soon as I walked in Amanda greeted me, helped me out with a big smile on her face. She couldn't help me with what was needed as for she is new. She got Bruce over to help with my issue. Both of them made me laugh and made sure I felt welcomed. This branch is close to work. Which is also a plus. Thank you both for making my trip to the bank a fun one.

      Horrible service I walked in I was the l only person in line took them 5 mins to to get money out then they go to a lady that walks in later helps her out same transaction. Horrible service
