      Now that I've closed three account, here's the review..... the worst bank I've ever dealt with.... considering they home my house loan, I thought I works get the same wonderful service.... immediately upon opening I was told I would have trip wait to get my bursting need debit card. After three weeks of waiting, I was told it was never ordered and no explantation as to why or an expedited service since it was their fault. Theirs no centralized number to cal for help. You have to cal the branch you set the account up in. "Sorry, your rep is on vacation so you'll have to wait until she returns" . They don't transfer over the phone even though you have no checks, no debit card and you can't set up on line immediately. It took a week and then find out they mail you the pass code to get on. After do bright closing the accounts, I was charged for closing therm. I spare the direct deposit nightmare worth this back. Good evidence first federal.....
