      I’ve been using this bank for years now and this location had me in shock. I was appalled at the way they treated and spoke to me. I assume it’s because of my age and maybe my looks. I’m 17 years old and was treated as an infant, not to mention they had me waiting for 45 minutes just to get a new card. I then left and went to the west main street location and was greeted and treated like a regular person. I was in and out within 7 minutes.

      Do not use this location. They are deceitful will keep your money for their own purposes. They tell you federal regulations that don’t exist. Our business will be taken elsewhere as soon as they release our money after making money for themselves. Good luck if you need help as there is no number for corporate help. Pitiful and laughable disgusting feeling.
