      I just sat in the line at East Brainerd Chattanooga for 30 minutes and not a single car moved. After cars began to back out of line I was also able to do that. Before I was stuck, could not move. That is not only inconvenient it's dangerous. What if I had a medical emergency? After I finally could back out, the young lady denied me access to come into your bank because I did not have an account. Thanks to her lack of courtesy, I'll never have an account with you and I am looking for a local bank. You have problems at that branch.
