      If anyone needs a great bank, a really good to-go bank, I recommend First Horizon. Friendly, reliable, informative, helpful and just down- to- Earth people. They are glad to help a person with almost anything, any banking needs. Very patient with seniors who may not understand the online banking process. I would not be with any other bank! Highly recommend First Horizon, from very young person to the very elder seniors. Great place to do your everything banking!

      Always very very very ridiculously slow service even when there are only two customers, and they don't care. I loathe going in there. Nice building though.

      This review is not reflective of First TN bank as a whole but of this particular bank location. I have went three time in the past two week and every time the wait was unreasonably long. I waited in line for over 30 minutes today just to withdraw funds. If you are tight on time I recommend driving to the Chattanooga branch.
