      Cannot say they are 5 star outfit ANY MORE seeing how they sold out to another bank and then closed BOTH local branches so they're no longer convenient to visit. In fact, they are now 'across the river'....a local euphemism meaning they might as well be on the moon.

      They were suppose to close my account 4 different times! Each time the person said they would close it and then I'd find out they didn't! Really? It had a zero balance and should of been no issue to close it. When I call yet a 5th time I am told it is still open! Are you kidding me! So I called the corporate number to make a complaint on the North Fort Myers branch and the manager (she told me twice she would close the account). Well corporate talked to me like I was an idiot and stupid!!
