      I have had pretty sloppy customer service in the past when they changes from mastercard to Visa (thank God they did), but I raised my voice in a calm and concise manner and formally filed a complaint with corporate. They ended up going above and beyond for me, and won back some of their rating. I still maintain my Charles Schwab account for everything except personal expenses, but would recommend Capital Bank if you need a place to keep money for a short period of time. Mobile app used to be utter garbage, but it's progressively gotten better in the past year and it's nice to see the updates when they come.

      This review doesn't pertain to this branch but rather to the bank in general. Have had the worst business banking experience. Have had 5 phone calls over a 3 month span of time trying to simply get both a mailed copy and online copy of company VISA. Was told I couldn't do both, elected for mailed, which never came, then tried to look online and that wasn't available. Finally gave up and moved my banking relationship. My corporate banking needs couldn't be more basis, they seem inept at the most fundamental banking execution.

      Michelle is the absolute best! Very professional and went above and beyond to take care of bank card issue. Oddly enough, My dog ate my bank card and I received a replacement card right away! 5 Stars isn't enough I would give this location 100 if possible.
