      I just wanted to take a moment to offer some serious praise for CARLOS LIRIANO—the branch manager at Suntrust bank in Raleigh on Pleasant Valley road. I’ve never taken the time to review a bank employee before but this gentleman went so above and beyond the call of duty to cheerfully help me resolve a faulty debit card issue that I had to give him a shout out. He spent at least 20 minutes going back an forth on the phone with Suntrust corporate, explaining that I was NOT able to use my card due to an erroneous fraud alert (despite them consistently claiming the card was fine)...he advocated for me, was the height of a professional, was kind, cheerful, and just all around excellent to deal with. He made a really annoying situation surprisingly pleasant, and deserves some real kudos for his genuine attention to customer care. Thanks so much, Carlos!
