      Tried to call for over 5 hours and nobody answer the phone... just a recording saying we are busy and on google there is only one phone number.

      I'd ask for a no over draft for the account so I don't have any unacceptable or unexpected charges so I can not see it on me for them slipping and let it go over a dollar or two then they want to go and shut my account down sorry Bank
