      First Horizon still has a mask mandate even though the county recently dropped it. Private company so I get it. But when the teller tells me they are not vaccinated AND may not get vaccinated and it is for their safety that I wear a mask. They are wrong. They are putting people/customers at risk. I explained that they have been eligible for the vaccine for a month but require a vaccinated person to wear a mask to protect them?. The argument was flawed and they were more interested in ganging up and winning the flawed argument then just letting it go as company policy. 10 years ago it was about customer service. It is now about entitled employees being generous enough to wait on a customer.
