      Since the bank merged with who ever. The teller's are unfriendly and rude, especially Lauren. The ATM is out of service alot now. Then you get charged when you get money else where and they won't refund your fee. You can't get a exact balance from the 800 number, it tells you one thing, then you get charged with overdrawn, now all of this is because I had fee's from other ATM's because their ATM is always down, and they won't refund my money. Lauren tried to charge me $64 for a $4.77 overdraw due to fees. Called main office and they fixed it. Lauren has to go.
