      I wasn’t that pleased when Suntrust changed over to First Horizon but we got through it. The weekend they changed over was a nightmare. Still, First Horizon has some improvements that need to be made. Now, that it’s over, let me praise staff member Ashley Sneed. She was there before the switch and she was a valued member then. Now, it’s even more a pleasure to still have her there in Kernersville. Ashley has always been so pleasant and professional in the past, but most recently she assisted me with a small loan. She handled the paperwork for me after I was approved and answered any questions I might of had. She appears to wear many “hats” and is an asset and valued employee. Thank you so much Ashley. Also, to Rebecca in Tennessee who also help me so much on my last financial need. JD
