      Great local bank willing to go the extra mile for a small local business. After months of working on a refinance for our business, BOTC stepped up and earned our business from all the other BIG banks. Belinda and her business lending team listen to our needs and goals, and structured a loan perfectly suited for us. I can not say enough good things about keeping our small business's, business local. Very happy to support our local economy, and BOTC made it easy for us to say "YES".

      The service at this branch is abysmal. If I could give zero stars I would. I called five times and only got a recording to leave a message because - you know- "all representative are currently busy". I left a message each time, with elevated frustration with each call. NOBODY EVERY CALLED ME BACK. This was over a three week time period. Surely somebody could have called within that time. Take your business elsewhere - Umpqua is wonderful!

      The people in this downtown location are rude, inconsiderate and not worthy of your business. Take you money to Mid Oregon or any other local credit union. After 20 years we ended our relationship today.
