  5 year ex-employee, total of 36 years as a customer, excellent credit rating. Tried to pay bills last weekend, kept receiving an error message. Called branch, had no idea but stated everything fine from our end. Spent all day trying to resolve, to discover THEY LOCKED MY BILL PAY due to error the bill pay vendor messed up a stop payment days early, I'm getting out. Sir read above, I contacted the branch, spoke to one of the Cust Service Reps. and the branch manger. I once again spoke to the Branch Manager in person, expressed to her what happened, and that I was leaving. I did try to resolve an issue I didn't cause, No One in FIRST INTERSTATE HELPED! THAT'S MY POINT!

  It would be a one star if not for the very nice employees. The amount of time I wait here is generally much too long. On top of that, the ATM here rarely works. I can’t tell you how many times I show up to the ATM and someone is working on it. The Wall Street location ATM was down the other day as well. I end up using cash back at the grocery store now because I don’t enjoy the wait times/ATM Maintenance.
