      I'm terrible with change which is why I have been with this bank since I was 10years old (I'm in my kid 30s now). However this bank tears you up in fees but what we hate the most is that when you deposit CASH in the ATM it takes DAYS for it to clear and show your available balance with the cash in it 🙄. Updated 3/8/22 I was Zelled money first thing Friday morning and it is now Tuesday and it is nowhere I'm sight. My checking account does not reflect the new balance yet my husband's account(with another bank, already shoes the money that was deducted from his acct and sent to me. I hate that it takes FOREVER for things to clear with this bank!!

      This place was good when it was Bridgeview, now that it’s First Midwest, the service is abysmal. They will generally just blame the customer for whatever problem is happening with their terrible app. It took me three days to close an account that had $0 in it. (Even after they asked me to fax a letter with a signature (???) requesting that the account be closed. I don’t live in 1985, Karen.)
