      My challenge was with the transition from First Midwest to Old National. Once I was able to speak to someone who knew what she was doing, the problem was resolved.... biggest issue was the almost 6 hours on hold!

      I always had a good experience with Bridgeview Bank, and then First Midwest Bank. The people who work at this branch are superstars. The review is for Old National Bank as a company. They severely botched their merger with First Midwest. It's been absolute pandemonium to get anything done. To top it off, they have very limited phone customer service hours. Only 7am to 5pm M-F, and four hours on Saturday. You would think they would at least temporarily increase their hours when they took over such a large bank. I am closing my account as soon as I can.
