      I appreciate the great service that I get every time I go there. All the employees are very helpfully when there's a possible problem. They also catch right away if someone is trying to compromise your account. Been banking here for atleast 10 yrs.

      I'm just about done with First Midwest. Their service is subpar. Their Security is rotten, I've never had a card compromised anywhere else, I've had it happen with these guys 3 times in less than a year. I see from looking at reviews they dont respond to them, just another reason to stop banking with them. Wakeup First Midwest. One star is one more star than they should get

      Don’t have many locations, changed things without making sure customers knew the new changes that made people who didn’t have the new amount in the account to have almost $7/8 to be taken and if you didn’t have that you’d get a negative withdrawal causing overdraft fees. Changed banks!
