      The Staff is amazing! Super friendly and helpful. Bank manager personally assisted our small business to process a SBA loan during Covid. She worked at the bank and home to help as many businesses as possible. Called us day and night (after bank hours were closed) to keep us posted with updates of the loan. First National Bank has earned our banking business!

      Don’t use this bank for anything! Their loan and mortgage department is a joke! If you do accidentally use them, prepare to do most of the work yourself with very little help and a lot of aggravation. Also expect it to be late and lots of changes that don’t make sense when your too far in to turn back. And if you really need to get a hold of someone, they aren’t there and you’ll chase your tail for hours. Terrible customer service. Had to get assistance from another bank. They are freaking clown shoes!
