      I had problems with this bank. I opened an new account and the teller was distracted and made several errors. After calling to correct the errors, the manager was dismissive and rude. When I said I wasnt getting any text with balances as well, she snipped, " I don't know anything about that I don't use it." A manager should know about all of the banks services. If you are a person of color, avoid this branch. They will treat you as if you are there to rob them. Get better management!

      The bank is overall a great place but recently i’ve had an issue when I call in my daughter usually translates for me because my english can be hard to understand sometimes, since the women there know me they allow for my daughter to call in for me. But the past few times a lady Sherry answers the phone and asks to speak with me but when I am on the phone and say hello a few times she hangs up.
