      I work on South end of town and love the convenience of the branch, easy in and out. I use the online banking portal all the time and love it for quick account balances and transfers. The people that work there are friendly and always take the time to give my dog a treat!

      Customer Service Nightmare, super high bank fees, low interest rates. I have been a long time customer, and the company closed my branch and moved me to this branch. They forced me out of my safety deposit box and couldn't help me get another. The manager is unprofessional and rude. He was not helpful or nice, and didn't seem to want to help me out. They NEVER answer the phone or return your calls, and if you call the customer service 800 number, you're stuck on hold for forever, and they hang up on you. I just closed my account and moved to another local branch that has no bank fees, friendly workers and higher interest rates.
