      This is a great bank that is convenient to my house. Are there overdraft fees? Yes, just as there are with any bank you go to. Lesson to learn: balance your accounts and don't spend money you don't have. (Trust me, I had to learn this in my younger years, and I had to learn it quickly because I was paying overdraft fees left and right.) Overall, I've never had an issue and the employees are wonderful.

      They got me on the overdraft fees several times, and when I try to explain that I did opt out of the paper statements, they act like I’m lying and they question me as if I didn’t do it. They’re shady AF...BELIEVE IT!

      Yeah they did the same with me with overdraft fees ended up getting over 200$ from me. Finally cancelled with them now i need my bank statements from them from a few months before i cancelled because what would you know... Apparently bill money got returned that i never got returned back to me and when i called misty was and always is very rude and just hung up on me without answering my question. I wouldn't recommend anyone banking with this bank ever they will find anyway to get money out of someone. Im glad i dont have them handling my money anymore
