      Bad customer service that i ever had before. I was there to open a new account and didn’t receive the card after more than 4 weeks . I came back after 2 weeks to check up to make sure they sent to the right address and before check it out they asked me to wait. And today i called back and asked questions about my card, they said the card was sent to the old address which it not the right address.The banker didn’t apologize for the mistake that she sent it to the old one without telling me .They should to learn how to get it done more professional than arguing with the customer on the phone . Huntington and chase are more professionally and nicely than this bank . Never come back or recommendation for anyone .

      Good bank to keep your money in. I have the Freestyle account which allows you to hold money in a checking or savings account without any charges. Staff are friendly and the facilities are nice. No charges for using their card or their ATMs.
